Melissa’s passion for workplace culture, social accountability, and corporate social responsibility, prompted her to establish MelSafe Audit & Compliance Services
in May 2015.
With more than 12 years of experience in certification and compliance systems, Melissa works with organisations to enhance their current workplace and risk management frameworks, specialising in work health and safety, labor practices, health and wellbeing initiatives, and environmental and sustainability protocols.
Melissa, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds several lead auditor qualifications, specialising in ISO, Sustainability and Chain of Custody Standards.
Away from business activities, Melissa has been an active volunteer in the cricket community for over 22 years and is a current Director at Cricket Victoria.
